Components of Mission Basundhara
Basically, there are three components of Mission Basundhara 2.0. The components are as mentioned below –
- Purification of land records in a mission mode :
- Polygon survey of yet-to-be-surveyed 672 non-cadastral villages: The polygon survey of NC villages will pave the way for granting land rights to indigenous landless people inhabiting these villages according to Land Policy, 2019.
- Re-survey of 18789 cadastral villages of 27 districts using hybrid methodology: Re-survey of all cadastral villages will pave way to clear titles.
Core Services of Mission Basundhara
A number of land-related services will be provided free of cost to the citizens of India through the Mission Basundhara portal. Initially, there were only nine land-related services during 1st phase. However, with Mission Basundhara 2.0, another 10 new types of services are added. Here is the list of services.

About of Assam Basundhara Mission 2.0
Mission Basundhara 2.0 will include land related services like land mutation, updating of land records and delivery of these services to the people at their homes through online mode without coming to government offices.
