Assam has digitized the entire business registration process. Therefore, you can now apply for Assam Employment Exchange Registration Certificate online and the registration process has been stopped.

Eligibility to register with Assam Employment Exchange
Age Limit : All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam. |
Domicile : The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District |
NOC for Employed Candidates : Applicants who are already employed and seeking better employment have to be registered only after production of a “No Objection Certificate” issued by the employer. |

Mobile Number: Candidates are required to provide a current and valid mobile number to complete the online registration process. |
Academic documents: Candidates must prepare a PDF document containing all certificates and transcripts. Please note that all copies of documents must be printed and readable, otherwise your application will be rejected. |
Proof of Age : Candidates must submit one of the following documents to prove their age.
