1. Data Analyst of FLN at State PMU

Qualification :

• To be eligible for this job, you must have completed MCA/BE/M.Sc in I.T/Computer Science with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution approved by AICTE or an equivalent qualification.
• A master’s degree in statistics/econometrics with a minimum of 50% should be obtained from a university recognized by UGC..
• Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as SPSS, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), internet research, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.

Experience :

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in programming or data handling, including software development or data analysis, in Government Offices, Education Department, Government Undertakings or NGOs working under Government projects.

2. Consultant of FLN at District PMU (Language)

Qualification :

• To be eligible for a master’s degree, the candidate must have scored at least 50% in Language/Education from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent institution.
• Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet browsing, and other related software programs.

Experience :

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in academic content development, educational administration, or related fields under government offices, education departments, government undertakings, schools, or NGOs working on government projects.

Desirable : Ph.D./M.Phil from a recognized University.

3. Consultant of FLN at District PMU (Numeracy)

Qualification :

• To be eligible for a Master’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, you must have scored at least 50% from a university recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission) or an equivalent institution.
• Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet browsing, and other relevant software.

Experience :

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in academic, numeracy-related work, academic content development, and curriculum-related work, including textbook and syllabus development, educational administration in government offices, education departments, government undertakings, schools, and NGOs working under government projects.

Desirable : Ph.D./M.Phil from a recognized University.

4. Data Analyst of FLN at District PMU

Qualification :

• To be eligible for this position, you must have completed MCA/BE/M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) from an AICTE-recognized institution or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. (OR)
• Master’s degree with 50% in Statistics/Econometrics from UGC UGC-recognized university.
• Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer applications including SPSS, MS Office, and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, etc.).

Experience :

Government offices, education departments, NGOs, and government undertakings require a minimum of two years’ experience in programming, data handling, software development, or data analysis work under government projects.
